Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Tap “Sign Up” to create an account with your email or social media. To log in, enter your credentials or use “Forgot Password” to reset. Ensure you’re using the latest app version.
Try updating the app to the latest version, restarting your device, or clearing the app’s cache (Settings > Apps > Build Pro Community > Clear Cache on Android; reinstall on iOS). If issues persist, contact [email protected].
Go to your device’s subscription settings (iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions; Android: Play Store > Subscriptions). Select Build Pro Community and cancel. For issues, email [email protected] within 14 days.
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password.” Enter your registered email to receive a reset link. Check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive. Contact support if you need further help.
